Kasha Ki Aasha’s Great Gigs Continue This Saturday

This Saturday at Kasha Ki Aasha, the Purely Pondicherry Performance Series continues with Italian vocalist and musician, Eleanora Bianchini and multi talented musician Gabriel Giszti from Brazil.

This incredible duo met in India for the first time and started to play first Brasilian music and then their own original compositions. The music is strong and connections are unexpected.  This Saturday on our terrace, expect a night of colours, nuances and evocative sounds to accompany you to imaginary places along with Eleanor and Gabriel.

Eleonora Bianchini – Elected by the readers of JAZZIT, an Italian Jazz Newspaper, last May as one of the “Best Italian Female Voice” ranking in 4th position, Eleonora has sung in Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center and is a frequent performer at the Zinc Bar in New York.  She has collaborated with musicans like Oscar Stagnaro, Mark Walker, Jamey Haddad, John Pierce, Jon Hazilla, Ruswell Hoffmann, Bernardo Hernandez, Egui Casrtillo, Mattew Nicholl, Alon Yavnai, Leo Blanco and Dan Moretti.  For more reasons why you should see her at Kasha Ki Aasha this Saturday, click HERE!

Gabriel Giszti – Gabriel’s talent and skill on the piano have taken him across the world touring with Gabriel Grossi, Brazilian Singer -Wanda Sa, Brazilian percussionist -Nana Vasconcelos, Mauro Senise, Rodrigo Maranhao. He has also toured with popular Italian singer Cristina Renzetti and guitarist Giancarlo Bianchetti. His work has also taken to perform on a project titled ‘Brazil in China’ with Lui Coimbra, which led him to perform in Shanghai and Beijing.  Want to know more?  Click HERE!
